The Grand Eurhotel Residence is a comfortable hotel structure joined by an internal passage to the Grand Hotel Montesilvano, which stands in an extremely privileged position on the sea. Located in the center of the seaside resort of Montesilvano, a pretty town on the edge of modern and lively Pescara, it is only 1 km from the A14 motorway exit (Pescara Nord - Città Sant'Angelo) and the train station.
9-storey building – has 130 apartments, furnished in a modern style, completely renovated. All are equipped with private bathrooms with shower, independent air conditioning, telephone, large terrace, color TV, hairdryer, fridge, safe and kitchenette equipped with 2 working electric hobs.
The housing units are divided into 2 types:
Type A: studio apartment of approximately 50 m2, sleeps 2 to 4, double bed and living area with single sofa bed (+1 pull-out bed)
Type B: two-room apartment of approximately 60 m2 for 4 to 5 people, double bedroom separated from the lounge/living room area with 2 or 3 beds.

Start and end of stay - weekly stays Saturday/Saturday. Small pets allowed - with supplement. Check-in after 5.00 pm and check-out by 9.00 am on the day of departure. Mandatory final cleaning. Consumption of water, electricity and bed linen with weekly change included. Bathroom and kitchen linen on request.
Entertainment - In the summer period a staff of entertainers will fill your holiday with joy and enthusiasm: games, shows, team competitions, parties, musicals. Anyone will be able to learn or improve a sport while having fun with group courses held by qualified swimming and tennis instructors and keep fit with water aerobics in the pool, crazy water gym in the sea, aerobics, Latin American dances,... while an efficient Baby club will entertain your children with games and shows in which they will be the protagonists with splendid costumes. Every evening dancing and piano bar.
What to do and see - Full day or half day excursions to the most fascinating places in Abruzzo. In the immediate vicinity is Porto Allegro, a large shopping and entertainment center which includes shops, games rooms, bars, restaurants and 11 cinemas. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid seafront with its endless cycle path, which in summer comes alive with evening markets, stalls, shows and concerts, and an amusement park. A few km away bowling, discos and night clubs.
